Tengwar font for Omnicalc (not included)

This is not an english <--> elvish translator.
Tengwar is a phonetical alphabet, we cannot translate letter by letter, so this uses big approximations and considers
thethar like they were tengwar.

I used the tengwar that are given by Simon Rousseau in his french tengwar mode.
