Need english help with Tezxas emulator!

Whenever i try to transfer the required srom.89c file to my TI89 Titanium it gets to 100% transfered, and then it says
"USB communication error: No rights (8C080010)"
so it doesn't get sent. My calculator has been patched with HW3 and Preos is installed. Maybe the problem is that since i have Preos installed, Tezxas interferes with the Preos kernel becuase it is an OS emulator and it tries to mess with things that only Preos can have. I don't know, im not a programmer.
Could someone please tell me what that error means and how to get the abovementioned file onto my calc?
