Ok I will read it and post here the dump from ti82.fr. I am sorry, I am able to understand french but is easier for me to write in english. I have also an ti83+ but the version with 4 chips on board, and I suppose that the flash dump is different from ti83+ with 2 chips. Thank you for the fast replay.

Hi everyone,
I just read the memory of my ti82.fr and post it here. I don't know if there is a bootloader or not. I will try to write a rom from ti83+, make the connections like in the picture and see what is happening.

Edit admin: no flash/rom dump upload please, it's copyrighted things that cannot be shared (unless it ends up being something already public like the OS)
For now, anyone interested could request the file to you by PM/email/etc.

I wrote a ti 83+ dump from nitroroms.com, ti83+ v 1.12 19xx and no joy. My calculator is dead. I will try tomorrow to see the signals with a scope. I am very disappointed.

Which seems quite stupid and counterproductive when you're trying to help us, when the TI-82 Stats.fr 256K 1.11fr7 ROM dump can already be found on many websites, and when the TI-82 Stats.fr has been discontinued.
In such context there was no need to remove the file so quickly.

Again, read the context.
There was no urge to do that - it's counterproductive and thus stupid.

And I don't find this nice at all in the context of someone trying to help.
