Here is nDockListener, an Ndless program letting you listen to the Rx pin of the J01/Dock connector :

Another idea with an IDE/P-ATA cable (2x20=40 pins), fortunately I didn't throw them away :
One side of the cable is connected to the Dock, and the other side to the Navigator PCB.
And yes, it's working !
Unlike my previous attempt, it could mean at the same time :
- reliable access to the Tx/Rx/VCC/GND pins
- without disabling the WiFi/Navigator features
But I'm going to need a short 3 connectors IDE/P-ATA cable. Unfortunately I don't have short ones and couldn't find any online. Short ones always have 2 connectors, as on the picture.

Et voilà. Cradle TI-Nspire Navigator fonctionnel, tout en permettant accès direct aux 40 voies, dont les Rx/GND qui nous servent de temps en temps.
Ai dû découper un câble P-ATA/IDE, puis en défaire, déplacer et ressertir les connecteurs, ces type de longueur et espacement étant introuvables avec 3 connecteurs.
