.What I was saying a few posts up is that there isn't ONE good answer but SEVERAL good answers.
For example,
$mathjax$\frac{x^2+1}{x}$mathjax$
is the same as $mathjax$x+\frac{1}{x}$mathjax$
. The first one is better for studying the sign... but the second one is much better for calculating the derivative !
