Anyone has the ability to contribute anything to the project, since it's open-source
But still, so far (maybe one day it will change/evolve...), it is an emulator, and what does a program editor have to do with an emulator ?
- If you're on Windows or Mac, the one included in TINCS is good enough since it's integrated in the OS (and you can have it "full-screen" in Desktop view)
- If you're on Linux (but also works everywhere else anyway), I suppose you are able to use your favorite text editor to code your program then use Luna to generate a .tns our of the .xml file containing your program (you may want to look at how programs are integrated into the XML structure, then)
Also, what would the program editor do, in the end ? Just act as a "text" editor ? Or Would you want it to save programs as .tns ? (because that doesn't make much sense, since a tns can be made of many things, and contrary to other platforms, a program isn't something on its own that you can transfer, that way of thinking doesn't make sense for the Nspire ecosystem where anything you deal with is a document, containing activities, containing possibly multiple applications)
