nLaunchy 3.2/3.6 switching pack: http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=35310
nLaunchy 3.1/3.6 switching pack: http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=21229
For compatible TI-Nspire CX only:
nLaunchy 3.3/3.6 switching pack: http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=35311
3.3 is only useful if you need the arabic language.
If you target using CAS Lua programs, choose 3.2/3.6.

I must have boot2 (3.1.0.16) or i can do this process wtih (boot2 3.2.4.7)?
Again, just follow the tutorial in the 1st post.
Step B does deal with the Boot2.
And if TNOC was needed, it would have been mentionned.
If you don't exactly follow the tutorial and take initiatives, the process is likely to fail.

Yes.
