No, the system error is known to us, and quite random.
It usually means something's corrupt in the system files.
You should use the maintenance menu to remove the OS, and if it's not enough to complete a full reformat of the filesystem.

Just access the maintenant menu several times and alternatively select "delete operting system", and "complete reformat".
The maintenance menu can have problems deleting files on a corrupt filesystem, but alternating both delete methods 3 or 4 times did work for me.

I did that 14 times and nothing it gives me the same error...
Just a note: I can install an oficial OS, just can't install the CAS

And the system error screen only happens when installing and launching a CAS OS ?

Yes, it happens when I move the nlaunch.tco when the calculator says:
"OS not found, install OS now."
"OS not found, install OS now."

Does the calculator say 'system error' or 'OS not found' ?
They're different errors and you can't have both errors at the same time.

I'm going to explain:
I delete the OS in the maintenance menu.
"Press any key to restart"
The calculator restarts and says 'OS not found'
So, in the computer I drag the nlaunch.tco to the calculator
Immediately after it starts installing the installation freezes and the calculator says 'system error'
I made a video for you to better understand:
