pra quem não esta conseguindo converter....., quando converter, escolher o modelo da calculadora em cima, depois tem que selecionar se quer formato HPPRGN ou APP, ele fica selecionado em APP, tem que mudar para HPPRGN, espero que ajude...

You may check that you have the latest 10077 Connectivity Kit.
Old versions of the Connectivity Kit don't support applications.

Também estou com problemas para transferir os arquivos. liguei no suporte da Hp e me informaram que com essa atualização não será mais possível abrir os PDF's dessa forma ;(

And which transfer way are you referring to ?
There are many ways to transfer programs or apps to an HP Prime calculator.

Without a reply, there is no way I can help you.

And you transfer converted PDF files exactly like normal HP Prime applications or programs - it's the official way.
So your local HP support service just lied to you, probably in order to get rid of a technical question too difficult for them.

Para a galera que esta tendo dificuldades.
Para mim só resolveu quando eu fiz o downgrade da firmware da calculadora.
Url para download das firmwares antigas: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/Archive/
tutorial para realizar o downgrade: viewtopic.php?t=18292&p=200433
apos realizar o downgrade você terá que baixar o HP Connectivity Kit correspondente a firmware para a calculadora ser reconhecida.

For me only solved when I downgraded the calculator firmware.

after performing the downgrade you will have to download the HP Connectivity Kit corresponding firmware for the calculator to be recognized.
