I created a .hpprgm(933 KB) file with mviewer from a PDF file. Reading the instructions I copied it into the Document/calculator/myCalc folder and than I opened the Hp connettivity kit programm. When I refresh my calc the hpprgm file that I added, desappears. What can I do? please HELP ME

If you update to the latest version of the HP-Prime Connectivity Kit, you should be able to transfer .hpprgm files by just dragging them on the calculator zone.
No need to manually copy the files to the 'myCalc' folder anymore.

The HP-Prime firmware is buggy.
You get a memory error after transferring a couple a files because of a memory leak.
Just press 'reset' on the back and you'll be able to resume your transfers.

Hey critor thank youuu! Now I can put my files inside my calc even if it freezes often when HP connettivity kit loads programs and also when I put specific PDF file created by mviewer. Do you know the reason?
Those files are created by Latex and then I have converted to PDF. Finally I created a hpprgm file by mxviewer.
Some files aren't problematic but others freeze the calc!

Same firmware bug.
Instead of a memory error, you may get a freeze.
Did you update your firmware ? It should remove freezes (but it does not solve the problem - it does just replace them by memory errors which still need you to reset the calculator).

yes Critor I updated my firware but I always get a freeze. It's because of the files. Some files cause freezing. In fact if I delete that specific file, the calc don't get any freeze. Maybe some characters that the calc can't read well or something else. I don't know. Do you have some ideas?

To my knowledge, all received files should be able to work after a reset, except if they have been edited/altered.

when you say 'reset', do you mean to press the small button behind the calc? I press it more and more time but I always get a freeze if I don't remove the files causing the problem. That Files has not been edited or altered. I update the calc at the last firmware and it works well

If I press 'Mem' on the calc and than 'info', my calc says 'memory:7.84 MB and Storage 193.91 MB '
