Problem with mViewer GX2 on HP Prime 13865

I converted this PDF(archives_voir.php?id=1719247) to use on my HP Prime (Version: 13865), but i got this screen when i started the app. I already tried to resest and changing the firmware of my HP Prime. Can someone help me please?

It's working perfectly here, so the problem is on your side.

Either your calculator is not up to date, which doesn't seem to be the case...
Either you're doing something unexpected when transferring or running the app.

I'm just converting and them dropping the specified files ,described on redme.txt, on the connectivity kit. To run the app i just press "Enter" on the app that appears on the app list. Any clues?
