Yes, you can have two OSes on your calculator.

In your case it would be:
- one non-CAS (any version)
- one CAS (any version except version 3.6)

You'll have to adapt one of the packs downloadable in the first post in order to do that.

I dont think that who am I doing is cheat, because in the exam we need to resolve all steps of the exercise, and calculator only give us the final result.

When I try to get the package in first post appears "This archive is private."

Edit: I put the original OS on my nspire (3.1 No CAS), how I can return the OS cas?

I can't resolve exercises only with Cas. But Ok, I will not use it in exam, because I can't

And yes, if you're in 3.2.3 or less, to go back to 3.1 you just have to install it.
From 3.6, it's a bit more work.

In class we can use CAS software but we can't use it in exam. Some students have Nspire Cas and Nspire non Cas

Edit: But when I try install Cas version in a non Cas calculador it don't work.

Edit 2: I'm doing this steps to install CAS SO in a non Cas Nspire v. 3.1.0.393
-Download Cas So 3.1.0.392
-remove boot2 with NTOC
-rename the file with Phoenix.tns
-download ndless 3.1
-transfer ndless_resources.tns to ndless in machine
-transfer ndless_installer 3.1.0.tno
-transfer Phoenix.tns to nlauch folder
-transfer nlauch.tns to nlauch folder
-Remove OS
-transfer nlauch.tno to calculator
