Well sadly I crushed my lcd screen and its barely usable. I was wondering if i could find a replacement lcd so that I could swap out. A link or some sort direction of how to replace a LCD will be helpful because i need my calculator for my upcoming finals soon.

Unless you're an expert at soldering, unfortunately the TI-84+ LCD is not user replaceable.

There is no LCD connector, the LCD uses a fragile flex cable with builtin electronics, and is sticked and permanently soldered to the PCB.

Quite sad for a great 84+SE... :'(

So the LCD is built directly into the circuit board? Is there any similar lcd on alibaba or aliexpress (out curiosity)? How much of a slime change is it to de soldering then re soldering back on. Also is there any schematic for ti 84 se +?

Thank you very much for answering these question

People have done it, but extremely rarely. For instance on https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5161 almost 10 years ago.

Let's say I am an expert in soldering, what part would I need to replace the screen?
