D'un coup de baguette, les flocons de neige prennent un comportement plus normal !

L'astuce est d'allumer 1 pixel par flocon, ce qui est plus réaliste qu'une jolie étoile, surtout quand il y en a plusieurs qui s'empilent.

Mais par contre, oui qu'ils tombent plus lentement maintenant... Que faire ?...

Démo gLib Tomb Raider 3 : Londres level 2 - Aldwych

Dans deux démos précédentes, TheMachine02 utilisait sa bibliothèque gLib pour te modéliser en 3D sur ta TI-83 Premium CE deux pièces issues du manoir Croft, tel qu'accessible dans le niveau faisant office de tutoriel dans le jeu Tomb Raider 3.

Aujourd'hui TheMachine02 va encore plus loin, puisqu'il nous permet enfin de quitter le manoir Croft et de nous aventurer dans les véritables niveaux du jeu ! :D

Le jeu se constitue d'une série d'aventures autour du monde, l'une d'entre elles se passant à Londres sur 4 niveaux.
TheMachine02 t'offre donc un extrait mémorable du 2ème niveau de cette aventure, Alwych, du quartier éponyme de Londres.

Le niveau comporte en effet une séquence, assez impressionnante pour l'époque, se passant dans le métro.
Mais pas un banal métro désaffecté, non non... avec la reproduction fidèle du visuel indiquant la station sur les parois et de vrais métros qui te foncent dessus si tu oses la quitter pour t'aventurer dans les tunnels ! :P

D'un autre coup de baguette magique, la neige s'accélère !

La boucle précédente utilisait des instructions de dessin de façon hybride. Certaines prenaient en paramètre des coordonnées graphiques, et d'autres des coordonnées en pixels... Ce qui obligeait sans arrêt à convertir entre les deux représentations.
Mais maintenant que nos flocons ne sont plus que de simples pixels, l'astuce est donc de ne plus utiliser que des instruction de dessin demandant des pixel ! ;)

Le code pour faire neiger est adapté de celui publié sur ticalc.org par Lionel Debroux et Thomas Nussbaumer.
Et bien évidemment il comporte donc les mêmes défauts, dont celui de nous donner une sorte de neige collante pas très naturelle formant des stalagmites...

Comment y remédier ?...

TheMachine02 continue à nous démontrer les capacités extraordinaires de sa bibliothèque gLib avec des modélisations 3D issues du jeu Tomb Raider 3 ! :D

On me l'aurait dit que je n'y aurais pas cru...
Mais il faut bien se rendre à l'évidence devant des performances aussi extraordinaires : un jeu de type "doom-like / FPS" sur ton extraordinaire TI-83 Premium CE ne relève plus de la science fiction ! :#tritop#:
