Bonsoir tout le monde !

Après une pause qui commençait à se faire longue, ExtendeD (l'auteur principal de Ndless) redonne des nouvelles !

Au programme de ce soir:

Un émulateur de TI-Nspire sur smartphone !
Un nouveau driver pour une souris USB sur TI-Nspire

Que de belles choses d'un coup ! Vous n'en croyez pas vos yeux ?

Laissez moi vous le montrer en vidéo !

L'émulateur semble être très visiblement un port de Nspire_emu en ligne, comme le signale l'adresse http://bytecode.fr/nspire_emu présente dans la barre d'adresse du browser Android.

Autre chose maintenant :

Non seulement on y voit une souris USB intéragir très bien avec le système et ses applications, mais vous remarquez même qu'elle est sans fil.

ExtendeD a donc réussi a se brancher sur les événements systèmes pour y lier la souris ; travail remarquable

Le driver a bien entendu besoin de Ndless pour fonctionner, et est donc réservée à l'OS 3.1.
Ceci est une preview de son concept qui n'est pas stable (et pas testé sur CX), donc pas de binaires ou de sources pour l'instant, par contre.

Nous attendons donc des nouvelles 'officielles' de la part d'ExtendeD avec impatience...et une release, bien sur !

Visiblement, celà passe par une nouvelle version de Ndless ! (r765)
Et les drivers portent le nom de "HIDn", je n'ai pas compris ce que ça voulait dire...

Je veux bien que des plus connaisseurs que moi examinent ce nouveau Ndless...

Les derniers OS TI-Nspire CX publiés jusq'à présent étaient:

3.2.0.1212 en juin 2012
3.2.0.1219 en juin 2012
3.2.3.1233 en décembre 2012

Bien que le site de Texas Instruments n'ait pas été mis à jour entre temps, il semble que certaines calculatrices TI-Nspire CX produites fin 2012 puissent venir avec une version intermédiaire qui nous était inconnue, 3.2.2.1231, comme l'a découvert notre membre MRJOULE.

Le numéro de build 1231 s'insère parfaitement dans la logique de numérotation de TI.

Si vous le récupérez, tentez de le conserver le plus longtemps possible car il n'est pas dumpé à ce jour - merci.

Bonjour à tous !

Après la sortie de LoveTest, je me suis dit que je devais faire quelque chose d'un peu plus sérieux. Que si j'avais le malheur de sortir un simulateur de drague ma réputation était finie. Je vous présente donc un nouvel utilitaire on ne peut plus sérieux : NoteWriter !

Ce n'est rien de plus que l'équivalent du bloc-notes de Windows, mais le faire avait pour moi trois intérêts :

- Premièrement tester les fenêtres avec multi-onglets supprimables de Winbox. C'est finalement assez compliqué. Il faudrait que je trouve une astuce pour simplifier le problème dans le futur.
- Ensuite pour tester l'association de fichiers avec ndless. C'est assez simple mais je ne savais pas comment faire.
- Et enfin, éditer directement des fichiers de configuration sur la calculette. Je suis sur un projet de RPG quasiment entièrement personnalisable on-calc, et devoir modifier mes fichiers de configuration texte sur l'ordinateur est assez fatiguant.

Pour un utilisateur lambda, je pense que cet utilitaire n'a aucun autre intérêt que celui de modifier le fichier ndless.cfg directement depuis la calculette. Pour un développeur, il peut s'amuser à... trouver des bugs

Dans une news précédente, nous vous effectuions un test matériel du TI-Nspire Navigator Access Point, le point d'accès permettant d'utiliser les calculatrices TI-Nspire au sein d'un réseau WiFi en classe!

Nombre de mystères demeuraient sur cet appareil, et nous nous interrogions sur un lecteur de carte mémoire SD/MMC, un 2ème port USB, un port JTAG, le processeur utilisé...

La meilleure façon d'obtenir un maximum de ces détails est d'accéder à la console série de démarrage de l'appareil en question, console dans laquelle il va bien gentiment nous raconter toute sa vie dès la mise sous tension!

Nous pensions justement avoir identifié le port RS232 dans la news précédente, alors branchons un peu ça:

loader qui lance à son tour un loader U-Boot comme sur certaines TI-Nspire CAS+
l'utilisation d'un processeur ARM (ARMv7) dans un ASIC OMAP (OMAP3)
l'utilisation d'une puce Flash NAND ROM de 128Mo comme sur TI-Nspire CX
l'utilisation de 64Mo de mémoire RAM comme sur TI-Nspire CX
la mention d'une carte mémoire MMC manquante ici sur laquelle U-Boot tente d'abord de démarrer

Dans une news précédente, suite à la sortie de la première version de nLaunch je vous offrais pour TI-Nspire ClickPad et TouchPad le pack dont vous aviez toujours rêvé, Ndless 3.2 switching pack qui vous permettait enfin de faire cohabiter les OS 3.1 et 3.2 et donc d'utiliser alternativement des programmes Ndless et des programmes Lua 3.2!

Hélas, les utilisateurs de TI-Nspire CX se voyaient exclus de cette avancée.

Mais suite à la sortie récente de nLaunch CX, la donne a enfin changé!

Je viens donc de finaliser ce soir le Ndless CX 3.2 switching pack, un pack qui arrive donc juste à temps pour tes examens!

Il n'y a plus besoin de choisir entre Ndless et l'OS 3.2... Prends tout simplement le meilleur des deux mondes!

Notez toutefois que la bascule entre les OS 3.1 et 3.2 et vice-versa nécessitera 2 redémarrages successifs prenant au total entre 1 min 05 et 1 min 20.

Some months ago we got nLaunch, a permanent OS loader for TI-Nspire ClickPad/TouchPad.
It was using a flaw in Boot2 1.4, and let you run any hardware-compatible OS by skipping all checks (RSA signature, minimal installable OS version, model ID, model type...).

I then released a pack based on a fork of nLaunch, enabling you to have both 3.1 and 3.2 OSes on your calculator and to switch between them - making you able to run both Ndless and Lua 3.2 programs!

nLaunch has now been updated with CX support.

And tonight, I'm releasing you a new pack which will let you enjoy the best of both Ndless and Lua worlds on your TI-Nspire CX too!
