How to convert a .tns file into readable text?

Is there any way to convert a .tns app into a .lua / .xml file + resources?
I'm talking about recent apps, so I don't think TNS2XML v2 or tns2lua could work (the former freezes my handheld, I can't try the latter at the moment)
