Can't install CAS on non-CAS CX

I may have corrupted something because when I try to follow viewtopic.php?f=57&t=18920, I reset and ControlX does not show like it is supposed to.
I've previously had CAS working on this calculator but I wanted to update all the programs and such

OS 4.5.0.1180
Boot1 Code Version: 3.0.0.99
Boot2 Code Version: 4.4.0.8

How can I install CAS on my non-CAS calculator?

NVM, it randomly started working again after like 3 tries.

What is the best version should I go on?

Hi.

The Boot2, Diags and ExtnD partitions content looks ok to me.

The Manuf partition with an SPI of 2/2 doesn't seem to include nBoot anymore.

You may reperform step D to reinstall nBoot.

I've successfully installed CAS, but I haven't done anything different other than trying again.

Everything look ok?

Also should I stay on 4.5.0.1180 or downgrade to a lower OS? I was on 4.4 but I felt my calculator is slow so I updated to 4.5.
