Ti/nspire CX stuck in loading sreen at 50%

I was trying to reset all the software, used [DOC] + [ENTER] + [EE], I wipe all data using the key [4] and then at the reboot the calculator does not pass through the 50%.
I also tried to see if it was detected on PC but nothing happens.

I hope you can help. Thanks in advance!

Any error message or icon shown at 50% ?
Maybe you could share a picture of the screen.

Ok thanks, very stange.

You can try

again, and then 2 instead of 4.
If it still doesn't fix it, then try it again with 4.
