I found this video showing a Diagnostic test for a CX CAS:

I tried the key combo

and reset

You have to use the similar

Then when you reach the maintenance menu, press

Where do I get the images from?

An image in this context is juste a bootable program.
You don't need to install anything, they're already in your TI-Nspire CX II. Just use the keys I told you.

C'est acrobatique comme j'ai dit, le moindre écart et ça ne marchera pas.

Il faut :

maintenir enfoncé le bouton reset au dos pendant 2 secondes
le relâcher, la calculatrice ne doit pas se rallumer toute seule, sinon recommencer en le maintenant plus longtemps
maintenir simultanément enfoncées les 3 touches , pas une de moins et pas une de plus
sans relâcher ces 3 touches, taper
si la calculatrice ne s'est pas allumée, toujours sans relâcher les 3 touches, retaper
une fois l'écran allumé, tout relâcher
vers les 50% de chargement, la calculatrice affiche le menu de maintenance
pour accéder au logiciel de diagnostics, il faut choisir l'option non listée
