(CX) bricked both boot2 and diag boot..

i bricked my Nspire CX-AB while install ControlX and nBoot.

reset without pressing any key -> red X
reset with + + -> red X
reset with + + -> red X
reset with + + -> black screen

boot2 update mode( + + ) is black screen.. can i use USB/TTL converter to fix this problem?
can anyone give me a hand and save me from this issue?
i am non-English speaker sorry for poor english.

Hi.


A red X has nothing to do with ControlX, and anyway nBoot+ControlX can't work with hardware revision W or above.

It's nLoader which is showing a red X.

If there is no way to make the calculator reach the Boot2 or OS menus, then yes the USB/TTL adapter is the only way to repair it.

i didn't know that nBoot+ControlX can't work on my CX.. that's my fault.
+ + command shows me only black screen, do you think can i reflash boot2 at this situation by using USB/TTL adapter?

Yes, the screen remains black on hardware W+, but it still works.
