I've done some tests on booting Linux on the nspires, and here are my results so far.
All tests are done on an nspire cx ii cas (non-T).
The max stable clock is 456MHz on my calc. 468 is somewhat stable with occasional crashes, and 480-504 are only stable for less than a minute. Above that it mostly crashes immediately.
Using linuxloader2 by tangrs, kernel and tiny buildroot from https://tiplanet.org/nspire-linux-builds/, and DTB from viewtopic.php?f=15&t=25228#p264030.
BogoMIPS retrieved from dmesg, and time is recorded by the time of the final kernel message before login prompt.
288MHz: 13.5s, 143.76 BogoMIPS
396MHz: 10.0s, 198.04 BogoMIPS
456MHz: 9.2s, 227.32 BogoMIPS
As you can see, the BogoMIPS on the cx ii cas is approximately clock * 0.5.
Also, has anyone got USB host mode work on the CX II yet?

A few days ago on EFNet IRC (#ndless-dev channel), Vogtinator benchmarked his test:
