Please give more details:

- Datecode of your calculator (something like P-1234X on the back, next to the serial number)
- Boot1/Boot2/OS version of (in the about menu from the home screen > settings)
- Any modifications you've done, software or hardware
- What you've tried so far (full reset + os reinstall from boot menu, for instance?)
