I have found that if
![[home] :nsho:](./images/smilies/nspire/ns_ho.png)
is pressed and held on a Ti Nspire CX HW S+ OS 3.6 during bootup, it will not turn off until
![[home] :nsho:](./images/smilies/nspire/ns_ho.png)
is let go. Also, if the calc is put to sleep,
![[home] :nsho:](./images/smilies/nspire/ns_ho.png)
can be depressed safely without it turning off. however, a few seconds after it is woken up,
![[home] :nsho:](./images/smilies/nspire/ns_ho.png)
will need to be held again or it turns off. I realize this is not practical, and this alone would probably not make it worth it to install OS 3.6 on a HW S+. What I am thinking is that someone more familiar with the Ndless code or making apps for it could somehow replicate this glitch/bug/hack/(whatever you want to call it) on a software/firmware level. if you succeed please let me know. Thank you.
