I mean you can flash a diags from another prototype and then I THINK you could use it to reset the downgrade version but I'm not sure

I think you were right, if I try to send OS 1.1.9227 to my TI, with TiLP, a popup appeard, but then nothing happen

Some early development Diags have a NAND reading screen, yes.
But no writing as far as I remember.
