Bonsoir lorsque j envois l os 390 sur ti cx cas sa ne marche pas tandis que le 391 arrive a se lancer mais il est marquer sur le logiciel student software " incompatible avec l os " alors que faire ?

great , I'm now having another problem.
I get it to say downgrade protection disabled
Ti computer link software cant find it, so I do the os uninstall and reinstall bit. I get error m7 you can not install an older version :/
could it be the computer link bit or am I doing something wrong?

You have to retry the downgrade process again, because the USB not always working is random
So, basically, retry the tutorial until it works.
For some people, it works the first time, for some others, the 4th time... who knows.

I gave it 7 trys then did a restart and now my calc restarts every single time I plug it back in after running the program

Maybe I missed something but it seems to me like this tutorial doesn't apply to non-CX calculators.
