After your suggestion I remembered there was a specific option into Computer Link menu ('Instruments' -> 'Install SO')

This morning I was able to full downgrading to 3.6.0.550

I would love to use ndless, but i'm on Software 3.9.0.463 on nspire CAS Touchpad and it's not supported

Is there still no way to downgrade from a 3.9 nspire CAS Touchpad to 3.6?

No software way, as far as I know.
