Nspire CAS - nDoom freezes calculator

I'm trying to get nDoom working on my Nspire, but every time I try to launch nDoom, I get a freeze and I need to pull the batteries out of the calculator. Not even the reset button will work in this case.

I have tried nDoom 2 and 3, which give the same results- the menu works fine, but when I hit Enter to start the game it never gets past the initial controls screen.
I have also tried nDoom b1, which goes to a black screen and never loads the WAD.

Some more relevant information is that I am on OS 3.6.0.550 (and Ndless 3.6) with hardware revision number C. I'm also using the shareware Doom 1 WAD that came with nDoom. When I got the calculator it was on a very old version of the OS. I upgraded the calculator to 3.9, and then downgraded to 3.6 so I could have a semi-untethered Ndless jailbreak instead of a tethered one that is necessary for 3.9.

Other Ndless applications work. The one that I use the most is gbc4nspire, which works flawlessly.

You're the first one to report such problem in years...

nDoom 2 is usually the more stable choice.

I also have the same problem when running doom and doom 2 on TI-nspire Touchpad (3.9.0.463), the startup screen opens when i run ndoom, I press enter, and now my calculator is frozen on the controls. I have to take out the batteries to turn it off. Is there any solution to this problem?
